Our Pool Houses are the perfect solution for a shady refuge. We can customize roof pitches, porches, and overhangs to make unique buildings. Further, we can add 30-lite glass double doors to give that open feeling from within the building. Our design process lays out the top view of your yard in a scale drawing that can show town permit regulations. The sun's travel in pool season is used to decide the right orientation for maximum shade. Further, our landscape design can soften the impact of the new building with a foundation, walkways, and a surrounding array of plants.

The structures carry a reputation that echoes 30 years of experience and a written limited warranty. The structures are Amish-crafted in Lancaster County Pa with custom deliveries and set ups at your site. Some structures are less than 10ft 6in tall, so they can be delivered completely finished to your site. More customized structures have 8 ft walls and steeper roof pitches that need on-site assembly. If special foundations are required for your town's permit, we can ease the process by designing and building the required foundation. Our emphasis is FULL SERVICE from design to delivery, including several iterations of 3D drafting, if you need to visualize your options.

We have several examples of Pool House configurations below with their prices as completed configurations. These buildings do not include interior finishing (unlike Cabanas). Each configuration is shown with the floor size, price, and the built-in options as photographed. We can duplicate (or simplify) any of the models shown ,but recognize that we have additional options and colors.
