Our design process lays out the top view of your yard in a scale drawing that can show town permit regulations. The traffic flows of your backyard spaces and your important views can then decide the right location. Our landscape design can soften the impact of the new building while building a foundation, custom ramps, walkways, and a surrounding array of plants.

We can customize the loft and shelf space in these 1-story structures. The wall height and roof pitch can be varied to supply extra storage volume. As usual, we supply stiff flooring with joists 12 inches on center and 5/8" plywood.

Additionally, we can configure for a concrete slab garage floor by anchoring treated lumber to the slab.

The structures carry a reputation that echoes 30 years of experience and a written limited warranty. The structures are Amish-crafted in Lancaster County Pa with custom deliveries and set ups at your site. Some structures are less than 10ft 6in tall, so they can be delivered completely finished to your site. More customized structures have 8 ft walls and steeper roof pitches that need on-site assembly. If special foundations are required for your town's permit, we can ease the process by designing and building the required foundation. Our emphasis is FULL SERVICE from design to delivery, including several iterations of 3D drafting, if you need to visualize the scaled design.
